Our Approach
As a lifelong advocate of health, wellness, and fitness, I have dedicated my career to helping others live their best life. With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, as well as dual Master's degrees in Healthcare Promotion, I have over 15 years of experience in the field. This has allowed me to develop specialized programs to meet the needs of my clients. I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, tailoring programs to meet each individual's unique needs and goals. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their individual goals and live their best life.
My Story
I began my personal fitness journey over 20 years ago. Throughout that time, I have found that being healthy has a profound impact on not only your physical health but also your mental health, your relationships and your overall success. I have dedicated my life to find the most optimal way to be the best you can be. In addition to my personal experiences, my academic experience includes:
