Personal Training
One-on-one or group sessions in San Diego. I offer sessions in my personal studio within the Claremont region. Or, I am happy to come to you! I offer 45min to 90 minute sessions. All sessions begin with a free consultation to assess personal goals, individual ability and limitations. I will customize a program that will help you to achieve your target as effectively, safely and with as much fun as possible! I help a wide variety of clients in weight loss, muscle growth, sports performance and more.
What to Expect
I offer 1 on 1, and group sessions. I also offer the ability to come to my personal studio located in the Claremont area of San Diego, or, I am happy to come to you. My training sessions consist of variable resistance weight training, balance work, cardiovascular sports performance and agility.
The Goal
There are various styles of training your body to achieve fat loss, muscle growth, cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance, balance, agility, etc. After an in depth consultation, I will construct a program that will optimize your goal. Based on what what you want to achieve, we will focus on controlled-variable resistance exercises, holding balance postures, sports performance drills, and more! I will show you how to perform all of these in the most efficient manner so that you get 100% of your efforts and you maximize your time!

I offer completely private 1-1 training. I have a private studio within the claremont area. Or, I am happy to come to you.
I also offer group training 1-3 people in studio and up to 60+ off sight.
Nutrition Cancelations:
All nutrition programs are week to week. Feel free to cancel at any time. I am a huge believer in teaching you how and why these techniques work. I want you to succeed as soon as possible so, feel free to cancel when you are ready!
Personal Training Cancelations:
All training sessions can be booked weekly, monthly or by the pack. All services are good from the time of purchase and do not expire.

Yes! All nutrition plans are online. I offer to anyone in the United States.
