What to Expect

I offer 20/30/45 minute stretching session. Although this is not a workout routine in itself, you will get sweaty and uncomfortable! In these sessions, you will lay, sit, or stand comfortably while I will manually manipulate your muscles to achieve the optimal stretch. I have a variety of full body routines to focus on the. glutes, hamstrings, quads, pecs, lats and every muscle in the body. I employ a variety of tools such as rollers, stretch straps, wedges and rockers. You will get a deep target deep tissue stretch while protecting your connective tissue, tendons and ligaments. In addition to the stretch you will also recieve a deep tissue massage via a stretch-theragun combination stretch.

I offer completely private 1-1 training. I have a private studio within the claremont area. Or, I am happy to come to you.

I also offer group training 1-3 people in studio and up to 60+ off sight.

Nutrition Cancelations:

All nutrition programs are month to month. Feel free to cancel at any time. I am a huge believer in teaching you how and why these techniques work. I want you to succeed as soon as possible so, feel free to cancel when you are ready!

Personal Training Cancelations:

All training sessions can be booked weekly, monthly or by the pack. All services are good from the time of purchase and do not expire.

Yes! All nutrition plans are online. I offer to anyone in the United States.
